Linda L. Kordes is a solo practitioner in mid-town Manhattan, who practices exclusively in the areas of elder law, estate planning and trusts and estates.
Prior to 2004, she was an associate for eleven years at the offices of Pearlman, Apat and Futterman, where she practiced in the areas of real estate litigation, trusts and estates and elder law. In the 1980's, she was a law assistant to the Hon. Marie M. Lambert, Surrogate of New York County.
Ms. Kordes was graduated summa cum laude from New York University and from New York Law School. She is an active member of both the New York State Bar Association Elder Law and Trust and Estate Sections, and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. At the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, she sits on the Joint Committee, the committee responsible for the review of client grievances.
